Life Changing!

It’s the little things in life that change the game, and the fact that this yoga mat folds up in about 3 seconds, and I don’t have to spend the extra 20 seconds to roll it up and secure the roll, or worry about it unrolling during travel is LIFE CHANGING. It’s really well made and I love that it can be used as a block (to modify an exercise) when you have it folded up. Love the mat and have been recommending it to everyone!
